Competitive compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure with a base pay similar to area public schools. Our base pay for first-year teachers is $37,000 for the 2024-25 school year.
Outstanding employee benefits:
In addition to 10 paid days off a year, you’ll be off every summer, school holiday, and extended break, for a working calendar of just 180 days. You’ll also qualify for family healthcare coverage and a 401(k) match.
Full WCS tuition coverage:
Full-time employees can send their immediate family members to our school for free. Tuition is covered at 100%.
Professional development stipend:
In addition to all staff professional development programs, you’ll benefit from $1,000 annually you can use to further develop yourself professionally, such as through courses, conferences, and training programs.
